Richardson, in Consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable Consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto John R. Holtsinger and Agnes Holtsinger, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, whose address is P.O.
