Stokes who is deceased. 3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to state and make known that any Agreements or Contracts affecting the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming executed between Chester W. Stokes and Ruth F. Stokes or Pine View Ranch, Inc. (a dissolved corporation), and Reed Charles Stokes and Colleen A. Stokes, including but not limited to Agreements dated October 26, 1977 and January 27, 1984, are deemed fully satisfied, accomplished, and performed, and that no obligation exists such that would bind or entitle any of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
