sworn on oath, deposes and says:
1. That I am a citizen of the United States of legal age and capacity, and am competent by
personal knowledge to state and swear to this Affidavit.
2. That I am the wife of Chester W. Stokes who is deceased.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to state and make known that any Agreements or
Contracts affecting the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming
executed between Chester W. Stokes and Ruth F. Stokes or Pine View Ranch, Inc. (a dissolved
corporation), and Reed Charles Stokes and Colleen A. Stokes, including but not limited to
Agreements dated October 26, 1977 and January 27, 1984, are deemed fully satisfied, accomplished,
and performed, and that no obligation exists such that would bind or entitle any of the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.

North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principle Meridian in Wyoming, containing 163.32
acres.
EXCEPTING therefrom the following described parcel: Beginning at the Northeast
corner of Section 21, running thence South along the East boundary line of said Section
21, (also being along the forest boundary) 208 feet South, thence West along a line
parallel to the North boundary line 418.84 feet, thence North 208 feet, parallel to the East
boundary, thence East 418.84 feet to point of beginning, containing two (2) acres.
Together with, and subject to a non exclusive and perpetual right -of -way easement over,
across and along a 60 foot wide strip, more particularly described as follows: The North

thence West 20 rods, thence South 40 rods, thence West 140 rods, thence North 120 rods,
thence East 160 rods to the place of beginning.
All in Township 34 North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principle Meridian, containing 355
acres of land more or less, except a 15 acre tract sold to Norville L. Fluckiger in 1942 out
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32 aforesaid.

Township 34 North, Range 118 West of the 6th Principle Meridian in Wyoming,
