LOUIS E. SWENSON and WILDA H. SWENSON, husband and wife, grantors, of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, for an in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to KEITH L. SWENSON,
ELDON G. SWENSON, VALDEE SWENSON, LANNY C. SWENSON, AND KATHY
RUTH CALL, grantees, all of Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: 4010 Hwy. 241,
Afton, Wyoming 83110) a one -fifth (1/5) undivided interest each, as tenants in common, in and
to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to -wit:
Commencing at Southwest corner of the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Sec. 7, T31N,
R118, 6 P.M. Wyoming, running North 10 rd, thence East 8 rd, thence
South 5 rd, thence East 8 rd, thence South 15 rd, thence West 16 rd, thence
North 10 rd to point of beginning, containing 1.75 acres more or less,
together with improvements and water rights and subject to any existing
