and state of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Budd M. Rich,
Trustee of the BUDD M. RICH LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT, dated December 8, 1996, grantee, his heirs
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming.
Lot 2, of the Budd -M -Rich Subdivision, Lincoln, County, Wyoming as described on the official
map or plat thereof as filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register
of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming..
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to wit:
