County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of

R119W of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 363 of Photostatic Records on page
689 and 690 lying and being situate westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Tract No.
53 of said Section 19 and 24, East, 153.22 feet from
Corner No. 3 of Tract No. 54;
thence coursing an extant fence line

McKinnon, her successors and assigns in interest,
a perpetual easement and right of way for ingress
and egress upon, for the benefit and good of the Pope
and McKinnon ranch lands, the following described

T23N, R120W and Section 30 of T23N, R119W of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
363 of Photostatic Records on page 689 and 690

Beginning at a point S33 14'E, 3277.13 feet from Corner
No. 6 of Tract No. 53;
thence S80 -59'W, 311.83 feet to a point on the
boundary line fence with John Russell Thornock, etux;
thence coursing a fence line
thence N73 59.5'W, 2967.26 feet along said boundary
fence to a railroad tie fence post;
