HOOPES and JEAN HOOPES, husband and wife, grantors of 24 North Fairview Rod, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed unto the said ELRAY TITENSOR and RAKELL E. TITENSOR, Trustees of the ELRAY TITENSOR REVOCABLE TRUST, dated November 25, 1985, grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: An irrigation easement twenty feet (20') in width on Lot 7H of the Twin Cliffs Subdivision No. 2, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
