KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that for and in consideration of
ONE HUNDRED FORTY -NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY -SIX DOLLARS
AND EIGHTY CENTS ($149,476.80) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, DAYTON RANCHES, INC. does hereby certify that the terms
of certain Amendment to Real Estate Purchase Agreement/Contract for Deed described below
have been SATISFIED IN FULL AND RELEASED and that the real estate described therein
is fully released from said Agreement /Contract.
