SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
Know All Men By These Presents: That WE, KeyBank USA, NA the owner and holder of a certain Mortgage Deed
executed by Mark P. Housley and Kristin M. Housley to Key}3ank USA, NA bearing the date June 28, 1999, recorded
in Official Records Book 432 Page 481, or as Doc 859710in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
LincolnCounty, State of Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $18,750.00 Dollars, and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State and County described
as follows, to -wit:
Tax Id# 1250000228403.0. Lot 8 of block 5 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, First Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
Hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as
canceled, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
