MAGEE, SR., Wife and Husband, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00 /100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by Jane Bradshaw -Magee whose address is P.O. Box 1085, Afton, WY 83110 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto the said JANE BRADSHAW A Married Person, heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have or ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to -wit: The East 208.71 feet of the East 834.84 excepting the East 417.42 feet of the North 208.71 feet of the SW I4NE'% of Section 35, T33N R119W of the 6th P.M., near Auburn, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows: Begirming at a point in the North line of said SW INB14, said point being 417.42 feet N 89 58' W f the Northeast corner of said SW' INE%4; thence running 8 0 °05'45" E, parallel with the East line of said SWI4NEi4, 208.71 feet; thence N 89 °58' W, parallel with first said North line, 208.71 feet; thence N 0 °05'45" W, parallel with first said East line, 208.71 feet to the North line of said SWI4NEi4; thence S 89 °58' E, along said North line, 208.71 feet to the point of beginning. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Jane Bradshaw- Magee, heirs and assigns, to her and her own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in our my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
