Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 86 of Photostatic Records on
page 211 and all of those tracts of record in the said Office in
Book 95 of Photostatic Records on page 460 and in Book 174 of
Photostatic Records on page 741, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8 "x12" steel spike on the west line of the said
SW4, N00 -05'E, the base bearing for this survey, 1311.75 feet,
from the Southwest corner of the said SW4, found as described
in the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in
the said Office;
thence continuing N00 -05'E, 99.00 feet, along the said west
line, to a 3/8 "x12" steel spike;
thence, leaving said west line, N89 -34'E, 40.00 feet to a point
on the existing east right -of -way fence line;
thence continuing N89 -34'E, 488.00 feet along an existing fence
line to a point;
thence S00 -05 99.00 feet along the east line of said tract
of record in Book 174 to a point, identical with the southeast
