purposes set forth in the Ted R. Jorgensen and Frances A. Jorgensen Revocable
Trust, dated the 12th day of January, 1993
Grantors of Alpine County of Lincoln State of Wyoming
hereby CONVEY and WARRANT TO:
Andrew Langford and Patricia A. Roser, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties
Grantees of P.O. Box 533 Moose, WY 83012
for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot 52, River View Meadows Addition to the Town of Alpine within the SE1 /4 of
Section 30, T37N, R118W, according to that plat filed July 2, 1993 as
Instrument No. 767416
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
WITNESS, the hand of said grantors, this 15th day of January, A.D. 2001

R. Jorgensen, Trustee and Frances A. Jorgensen, Trustee, known or identified
