JOHN A. FAGNANT and LILLIAN A. FAGNANT, husband and wife,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to JOHN A.
FAGNANT and LILLIAN A. FAGNANT, as Trustees of the John A. Fagnant
and Lillian A. Fagnant Revocable Trust dated January 23 2001,
Grantees, whose address is 210 Quartz Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to -wit:
Lots Numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of Block
Numbered Thirty -two (32) in the First Addition to the
Town of Kemmerer, as Surveyed, Platted and Recorded.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
