KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That The Reed Company, a Wyoming Part-
nership, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by Reed Land and Cattle Company, LLP, a Wyoming Limited Liability Partner-
ship, whose address is 1014 South David, Casper, Wyoming 82601, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these pres-
ents does for its successors and assigns, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Reed
Land and Cattle Company, LLP, a Wyoming Limited Liability Partnership, its successors and as-
signs, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as it has or
ought to have, in or to all the following described premises located in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
to -wit:

All together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the same belong-
ing or incident, including, but not limited to, all buildings, fences, structures and other improve-
ments, all reservoirs, dams, water rights, water, appropriations and ditches, and ditch rights to the
same belonging or incident, and all easements, rights of way apd licenses for irrigation ditches
through lands of others for irrigation of the above described land; subject, however, to rights -of-
way, easements, restrictions and reservations in existence or of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises unto the said Reed Land and Cattle Company,
LLP, its successors and assigns to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither The
Reed Company nor any other person in its name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand
any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these
presents be excluded and forever barred.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor by and through each general partner has executed
this deed, the day and year first above written.
