IT IS AGREED and consideration given, the value acknowledged by all the
Parties; JED JOHNSON, DOUGLAS W. JOHNSON, DALE C. JOHNSON, ROSS
L. JOHNSON, and LAVADA OLSEN, their successors, Trustees of the ARTHUR
W. JOHNSON FAMILY EASEMENT TRUST, Dated April 28, 1998, and EUGENE
K. WORTON, Trustee of the WORTON FAMILY TRUST, Dated May 10, 1995.
THAT WHEREAS the above Parties are owners of adjoining real properties
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and have shared common access to their lands;
WHEREAS they acknowledge that a common access and right -of -way should
be created for all the Parties;
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree with each other, their heirs,
successors, and assigns, that a common easement is hereby created for all Parties as
follows:
1. The right -of -way easement grant is superior and paramount to the rights of
any of the Parties and their respective servient estates, so created, and is a
covenant running with the land.
2. The easement is the following described real property within Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, more particularly described to -wit:
The North two (2) rods of the N1 /2NW1 /4 and the NW1 /4NE1 /4, Section
26, Township 33 N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The North two (2) rods of the East two (2) rods of the NE1 /4NE1 /4 of
Section 27, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.

2000.
3. Said easement may be fenced; shall provide access for Grantors and
Grantees, their successors, assigns, and invitees; easement to include
roadway, livestock control, electric, and telephone utilities, improvements
to easement and surface water control if necessary to protect said easement
and adjoining lands.
4. This easement shall be perpetual, including the right to improve, maintain
and construct as necessary on the easement for the mutual benefit of all
Parties.
5. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and
ensure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns named
in this instrument.
