of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4) of
Section 7, Township 33 North, Range 118 West, of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at
the Northwest Corner of. said Southeast Quarter
Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4) and running
thence East 595 feet, thence South 24 degrees 10'
East approximately 600 feet to the right -of -way of
the road known as Willow Creek Road; thence in a
westerly direction along said road to the West
boundary of said Southeast Quarter Southwest
Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4); thence North along said
West boundary 291 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.
AND ALSO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: The
Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE 1/4
NW 1/4) and the Northeast Quarter Southwest
Quarter (NE 1/4 SW 1/4), all being situated in

the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Beginning from a point five hundred ninety five (595) feet east of the
Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE%,
SW thence running South twenty four degrees ten minutes East
(24o10') approximately six hundred (600) feet to the Willow Creek road;
thence generally fast along said Willow Creek Road to the East boundary
of the South East quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE %SW' of section
seven (7); thence North along the East boundary Ilne to the Northeast
corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE' /SW% of
section seven (7); thence North ninety degrees (90o) West, seven
hundred twenty five (725) feet to the place of beginning, all being situated
in section seven (7) Township thirty three (33) North Range One Hundred
Eighteen (118) West 6 Principal Meridian, Wyoming.

on page 260 in the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, Mary M.
Eggleston, grantee and excepting that part lying within the above
description set forth in Book 164 on page 261 of the official records of the
Lincoln County Clerk in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,

BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said SE %SW'/4;
