The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Section 23, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Scott Ross Linford, Ranch Tract" dated
February 7, 2000.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Scott Ross Linford and Lark A. Linford
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 443 of
Photostatic Records on page 914, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the east line of said E' /2SE'/4, S00 40' -30 "E, 1264.88 feet from
the northeast corner of said E' /zSE' /4;
thence S88 59' -00 "W, 412.50 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said tract, to a
point;
thence N00 40' -30 "W, 114.00 feet, along a line parallel with said east line, to a point on
the north line of said tract;
thence S88 59' -00 "W, 455.51 feet, along the north line of said tract, to the northwest
bathey thereof;
thence S00 34' -30 "E, 897.03 feet, along the west line of said tract, to the southwest point
thereof, identical with the northwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 443
