Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment against the Estate of Spicer Breeden is granted. 2. Upon granting this Motion, there remains no adverse parties or other individuals to Plaintiff's action, as the Court notes that Claimant Joseph Libretti, Sr., never filed an appeal to this Court's Order of May 16, 2000, and the time in which to do so has clearly expired. The Court further notes that the Wyoming Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Claimant's son, Joseph Libretti, Jr., in regards to this matter, on November 7, 2000. 3. The Plaintiff should and does have complete and final judgment to the subject property, more specifically defined as SECTION 31, LOT 39 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH, PLAT 10. 4. That the title to this property will reflect that ownership of this property has been judicially ordered as belonging to the State of Wyoming, Division of Criminal Investigation. 5. That a certified copy of this Order shall be filed with the Lincoln County 889 Clerk's Office to reflect the accurate ownership of this property as noted above. 6. That the State of Wyoming, Division of Criminal Investigation may dispose of this property in any manner not inconsistent with law. IT IS SO ORDERED. Approved as to form: Bryan A.
