Comes now, Kent H. Hansen and his wife, Sandra Kay Hansen of 183
Christensen Road, Montpelier, Idaho 83254, the GRANTORS, for and in consideration
of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, in hand
paid, the receipt whereof they hereby acknowledged, and CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Charles Emory Mackey and Daisy Belle Mackey, husband and wife,
as Tenants by the Entireties, the GRANTEES, whose address is 7201 Wyoming
Highway 232, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue to the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
An undivided 104/192 interest in and to the following described parcel
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
All of Tract 69, Section 8, Township 25 North, Range 118 West of the 6
Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, containing 160 acres; and the
NWl NEi /4 and the NEl /4NW /4, being part of Tract 66, Section 17, Township 25
North, Range 118 West of the 6 Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming
containing 80 acres, more or less. Net acres to Grantees is 130 +1 acres, more or
less, with all water rights appertaining thereto, and buildings thereon or
appertaining thereto.
Including the buildings and all appurtenances and fixtures located thereon
or therein.
All of the above conveyed subject to easements, right -of -ways,
reservations, restrictions and covenants of record or vision.
