consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to BENNION RANCH,
LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 55, Cokeville,
Wyoming 83114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel No. 1:
The Southerly portion of Lot Twenty -eight (28) of Section Four (4), Township
Twenty -three (23) North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth
(6th) Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Parcel No. 2:
Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,Wyoming
Section 28: Lots 15, 17, 18, and the North 6/10 of Lot 25, and EY2SE /4
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
