This Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease "Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease is made and entered into on the
1St day of j 2013 by and between Norman M. Harrower, whose address is 8374 County 6 Road
S.W., Stewartvilld MN 55976 and Fitzsimmons, LLC (Lessee) whose address is 2201 Cabin Court, Gillette, WY
82718 hereinafter called the "Parties."
WHEREAS, this Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease involves or affects property with the legal description
identified on EXHIBIT 1 attached hereto "Property"),
NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, it is agreed by the Parties as follows:
1. Lessor hereby commits to provide Lessee access to and use of the Property pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease
entered into by the Parties on the 1St day of 2013 "Oil and Gas Lease which Oil and Gas Lease
is currently located at the office of Fitzsimmons, LLC.
2. Lessee hereby commits to compensate the Lessor, for access to and use of the Property in order to perform services
as a well operator, and other such functions as described in the Oil and Gas Lease
3. The primary term of this Oil and Gas Lease is five (5) years with an option to extend for an additional five (5) years
upon the payment of additional bonus of said option.
4. The other terms and conditions of this Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease are more particularly described in the
Oil and Gas Lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties executed this Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease on the date first
above written.

2013 from Norman M. Harrower, whose address is 8374 County 6 Road. S.W., Stewartville, MN 5597 as Lessor
and Fitzsimmons, LLC, whose address is 2201 Cabin Court, Gillette, WY 82718, as Lessee. Covering the
following described lands located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
