RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
The undersigned, KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Secured Party under
that certain Assignment of Rents dated October 22, 2007 (the "Assignment of Rents granted by
Tim Allred as to Parcel 1 and Timothy A. Allred and Cynthia H. Allred, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entirety, as to Parcel 1, collectively as Grantor. The Assignment of Rents was
filed for record in the official records of the Lincoln County Recorder, State of Wyoming, on
December 21, 2007, in Book 681, at Page 870, as Entry No. 935763. The Assignment of Rents
encumbers the following real property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
Parcel 1: Lot 17 of CMR SUBDIVISION SECOND FILINGS, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on August 3, 2007 as instrument
No. 931840 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk
LESS AND EXCEPTING the North 100 feet.
