WHEREAS, Lamar S. Perry and Christie M. Perry, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
EquiFirst Corporation its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated August 9, 2007 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
August 16, 2007, at Reception No. 932188 in Book 669 at Page 18.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling
and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1 2008 Equifirst Loan
Securization Trust 2008 -1
Assignment dated: December 9, 2011
Assignment recorded: December 27, 2011

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling
and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1st, 2008 Equifirst Loan
Securitization Trust 2008 -1, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on August 14, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee
under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1st, 2008 Equifirst
Loan Securitization Trust 2008 -1 "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $464,430.22,
and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
August 14, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 14, 2012, at Reception
No. 966161 in Book 791 at Page 503.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Deutsche
Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Equifirst Loan Securitization Trust
2008 -1, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2008 -1, its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated March 19, 2013
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming o -3Q 2013 at
Reception No. 9%Q' in Book /4 �t Page

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I,
Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and
do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company, as Trustee for Equifirst Loan Securitization Trust 2008 -1, Mortgage
Pass Through Certificates, Series 2008 -1, whose address is 1661 Worthington
Road, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
LOT 5 OF CYNOVA ACRES THIRD FILING,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON
THE OFFICIAL PLAT NO. 101 -F FILED JANUARY 8,
2004 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 896490 OF THE
RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
with an address of 421 Griffey Lane, Afton, WY 83110
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Equifirst
Loan Securitization Trust 2008 -1, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series
2008 -1, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this
Sheriff's Deed to be executed and delivered on the day of
