2013, by LT, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company "Assignor to JEAN M.
KRAUTTER and GAIL SUSAN ASBURY, TRUSTEES of the Krautter Family Trust u/t/a/
dated August 26, 1996, and any amendments thereto "Assignee
Pursuant to the Agreement dated July 31, 2007, which was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 1, 2007 in Book 667 at Pages 692 through 693B as
Receiving No. 931799, Assignor is the developer /declarant of the Longview Ranch Resort,
Longview Ranch, and Longview Ranch Subdivision in Lincoln County, Wyoming (according to
the plats filed in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 30, 1998 as Plat No. 117
A, Instrument No. 772271; on May 17, 1995 as Plat No. 361, Instrument No. 802260; and on
March 22, 2001 as Plat No. 361 -A, Instrument No, 872264). Assignor desires to assign all of its
right, title and interest as the developer /declarant in the Longview Ranch Resort, Longview
Ranch, and Longview Ranch Subdivision to Assignee.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Assignor hereby assigns to Assignee all of Assignor's right, title and interest in as
developer /declarant to the Longview Ranch Resort, Longview Ranch, and Longview Ranch
Subdivision.
