of Star Valley, asmortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described
as security for the payment of $51,000.00 which mortgagewas recorded in the office ofthe County
Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 7th day of
October 2011'in Book 774 of Mortgages,,at Page 33 as document ti 961313 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
