the Note (s) secured thereby having been surrendered to said Trustee for cancellation, DOES HEREBY
RECONVEY, without warranty, to THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITILED THERETO,
all the estate now held by it there under.

company from Jody W. Shumway and Ranell Shumway, husband and wife by Warranty Deed dated May 25, 2001
and recorded May 31, 2001 in Deed Book 465, Page 390; AND BEING the same property conveyed to JDB
Associates, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company from JDB Associates, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability
company by Warranty Deed dated July 20, 2009 and recorded July 21, 2009 in Deed Book 727, Page 881.
