HEIDER, Trustees of The William A. Heider and Mary S. Heider Trust under Declaration of Trust dated
April 30, 2013, grantees, of 406 E. Dairy Lane, Draper, UT 84020, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming:

A portion of the NW1 /4NE1 /4 (GLO Lot 2) of Section 33, Township 30 North Range 118 West
of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 335.25 feet North of the 2 inch iron pipe marking the Southwest Corner of
that certain parcel of land described in the Real Estate Agreement recorded February 23, 1978 in
Book 144PR on page 15 of records of Lincoln County Clerk and running thence North 272.25
feet;
thence East 480.0 feet;
thence South 272.25 feet;
thence West 480.0 feet to the point of beginning.

of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 85 feet North of the 2 inch iron pipe marking the Southwest Corner of that
certain parcel of land described in Real Estate Agreement recorded February 28, 1978 in Book
144PR on page 15 of records of Lincoln County Clerk and running thence North 250.25 feet;
thence East 480.0 feet;
thence South 112.75 feet;
thence South 74 °00'55" West 499.31 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO a right of way, one rod in width, for adjoining tracts along the West boundaries of
the above described parcels.
TOGETHER WITH a non exclusive right of way extending from the Southwest Corner of the
