AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT RECORDED MARCH 16, 1976 AS
DOCUMENT NUMBER 476273 AND MAP NUMBER 199, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
