nominee for MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank, N.A. its
successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property
by that certain mortgage dated February 3, 2010 (the "Mortgage and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 26, 2010, at
Reception No. 952335 in Book 743 at Page 123.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.

Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 966539 in Book 792 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a
power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did
sell the hereinafter described real property on October 16, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock
in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $433,242.76, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on October 16, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on October 16, 2012, at Reception No. 967386 in Book 796 at Page
268.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated March 28, 2013 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Regi §ter of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on /W '`7 2013 at Reception No.

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL

INSTRUMENT NO. 851191 OF THE RECORDS OF
THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
with an address of 394 Caribou Loop, Thayne, WY 83127
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
