WHEREAS, Dean A. Luchetta and Julie L. Luchetta, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank N.A.
its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated June 8, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 14, 2007, at
Reception No. 930363 in Book 662 at Page 52.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
Assignment dated: August 28, 2012
Assignment recorded: September 24, 2012
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 967027 in Book 794 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a
power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did
sell the hereinafter described real property on November 6, 2012, at 10:00
o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $260,270.89, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on November 6, 2012 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on November 6, 2012, at Reception No. 967822 in Book 797 at Page
588.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated March 22, 2013, and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Reger of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on 1 2013 at Reception No.
9'Q7l in Book at'Pdge 99
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is International Plaza II, 14221

DOCUMENT NUMBER 787017, IN THE OFFICE OF
THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
with an address of 370 Woodenspur Drive, Alpine, WY 83128
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
