Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
13, 2002, and executed by Wanetta P. Clark, a single person, to The Bank of Star Valley, as
mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $128,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 14 day of November,
2002 in Book 504 of Mortgages, at Page 755 as document #885611 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 6 day of May,
