hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to DALE L. ANDERSEN and JACALYN T. ANDERSEN,
Trustees, or their successor trustees, of the DALE L. ANDERSEN and JACALYN T.
ANDERSEN REVOCABLE TRUST dated 7 day of May, 2013, Grantee of P.O. Box 217, 45
West Main Street, Fielding, Utah 84311, for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
LOT 229 IN STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT 1, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
Together will all Right of Ways and Easements, if any.
Together with all water rights appurtenant thereto, if any.
Subject to easements, restrictions and rights of way appearing of record and enforceable in law and
subject to 2013 taxes and thereafter.
WITNESS the hand of said Grantor, this 7 day of May, 2013.
