KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LINCOLN
THAT the undersigned, of the County of HARRIS, and State of TEXAS, the present legal
and equitable owner and holder of that one certain promissory note (the "Note in the original
principal sum of $2,100,000, dated June 16, 2008 executed by ROCKY MOUNTAIN
ROGUES, INC., payable to the order of SOUTHWEST GUARANTY, LTD., more fully
described in, among other things, a Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and
Assigmnent of Leases duly recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property Lincoln
County, Wyoming of under County Clerk's File No. 939881 and 950566; said Note being
secured by, among other things, such Mortgage against the property in Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for a good and valuable consideration paid
to the undersigned, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has
TRANSFERRED and ASSIGNED, GRANTED and CONVEYED and by these presents
TRANSFERS, ASSIGNS, GRANTS and CONVEYS unto SOUTHWEST GUARANTY
INVESTORS, LTD., whose address is Three Riverway, Ste. 1010, Houston, Texas, 77056, the
Note, together with (i) all liens, and any superior title, held by the undersigned securing the
payment thereof, and (ii) the other loan documents executed in connection with such
indebtedness.
This transfer and assignment is without recourse or warranty, express or implied, upon or
by the undersigned.
The undersigned expressly waives and releases any and all rights that the undersigned
may now or hereafter have to establish or enforce said lien or liens as security for the payment of
any other or future indebtedness.
EFFECTIVE July 11, 2008, but EXECUTED this 10 day of May, 2013.
