Miller, a single person, mortgagor, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., dated October 11, 2005, recorded October 11, 2005, in Book 600PR, Page 718, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given to secure payment of a note in the original amount of Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty One Dollars and 00 /100 ($41,351.00); and WHEREAS, said note and mortgage having been assigned to the Wyoming Community Development Authority by Assignment dated October 11, 2005, and recorded October 17, 2005, in Book 601PR, Page 444, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, said Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff, pursuant to the request and direction of the Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, proceeded to advertise and sell said real property pursuant to the power of advertisement and sale set forth in said Mortgage and the laws of the State of Wyoming, on the 8 day of January, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at public auction at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse; and WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority made the highest bid for said property and said property was sold to the Wyoming Community Development Authority and a Certificate of Sale having been issued to said Wyoming Community Development Authority, dated January 8, 2013, recorded January 8, 2013, in Book 802 of Records, at Page 393, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, no one having appeared and redeemed said property under the laws of the State of Wyoming and the time for any such redemption having expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have granted, bargained, sold and do hereby transfer and convey to Wyoming Community Development Authority, P.O. Box 10100, Casper, Wyoming 82602, the following described real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit: A PORTION OF LOT 7 OF BLOCK 10 OF THE LINCOLN HEIGHTS 4TH SUBDIVISION OF THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7 AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 39.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID UNIT C; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF UNIT D OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 130 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 17.95 FEET; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID UNIT C, A DISTANCE OF 130 FEET; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 17.95 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. which as the address of 1127 #C 9 West Avenue, Kemmer, Wyoming 83101.
