Suzanne R. Garrett, husband and wife, Grantors, Residents of the County of Los Angeles,
State of California, for the consideration of Ten ($10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid, with
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the TIMOTHY AND SUZANNE GARRETT
2001 TRUST, dated December 27, 2001, Grantee, all interest in the following described
real property, situate in the City of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
