E. K. Hecht Company, a Wyoming Partnership, GRANTOR, of Teton
County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Leidy E. Karns, a single
woman, a one -third (1/3) undivided interest, Jennifer K. Menolascino, a married
woman, as her sole and separate property, a one third (1/3) undivided interest,
and Peter B. Karns, a single man, a one -third (1/3) undivided interest, all as tenants
in common, GRANTEES, whose address is P.O. Box 2808, Jackson, Wyoming,
83001, in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Teton,
State of Wyoming hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 13 of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to that plat filed in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on September 5, 1990 as
Plat Nos. 335 -1 and 335 -2.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights
owned by Grantor, and all other appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights -of -way of
sight and /or record.
