FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION RECEIVED, Clarence L. Reinhart and Dorothy I.
Reinhart, husband and wife, the Grantors do hereby grant, bargain. sell, and convey unto Thomas A. Barr
and Monica J. Barr, husband and wife, the Grantee, whose current address Is PO Box 3188, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit;
Beginning at a point that is N00° 17'09 "W 208.57 feet along the Section line and
S89 °17'40 "E 646.72 feet from the West One Quarter Comer of Section 26, Township 36
North, Range 119 West, 6 Principle Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming; said Point of
Beginning being N00 °06'29 "W 147.25 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 112 of Nordic
Ranches Division No. 8 and running thence N00 °06'29 "W 1124.90 feet; thence
N89 °20'05 "W 315.22 feet to the East property line of parcels facing county road; thence
S01 °01'30 "E 1125.08 feet; thence S89 °1740 "E 297.22 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 7.906 acres.
The North 60 feet of the above described property is reserved for Bridle Trail roadway and utility
easement.
The following described parcel shall not have any sewage disposal systems built on it:
Beginning at a point that is N00° 17'09 "W 208.57 feet along the Section line and S89° 17'40 "E
646.72 feet from the West One Quarter Corner of Section 26, Township 36 North, Range 119
West, 6 a Principle Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence N00 °06'29 "W 96.21
feet; point being on a curve with a radius of 320.00 feet and a chord that bears N87 °20'41 "W
299.24 feet; thence to the left along said curve 311.38 feet through a central angle of 55 °45'07
thence S01 °01'30 "E 106.43 feet; thence S89° 17'40 "E 297.22 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO: All easements, rights of way, covenants, restrictions, patent reservations, applicable building
and zoning ordinances and use regulations and restrictions and accruing taxes, of record.
Grantors, for themselves, their heirs and assigns do hereby covenant, warranty and shall defend the quiet and
peaceable possession of said premises by the grantee, its successors and assigns forever against the lawful
claims of all persons.
