Locapo and Diane K. Locapo, husband and wife, as lot owners and mortgagees, have been partially satisfied and released, to -wit: Notice of Assessment and Lien recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 18, 1994, in Book 356 PR, page 145. Notice of Assessment and Lien recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 2, 1996, in Book 391 PR, page 361. and mortgaging or claiming liens against the following described real estate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit: Plat 6, Lot 111 of the Star Valley Ranch Subdivision according to the official plat thereof on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk. And said Notices of Assessment and Lien are hereby declared to be partially paid, satisfied, released, and discharged, as to the above named lot owners or mortgagees and the above described plat and lot only; and in consideration thereof Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release and quitclaim unto William B. Locapo and Diane K. Locapo, husband and wife, the real property described above. This is a partial release only. The Notices of Lien and Assessment remain in full force and effect except as otherwise provided herein.
