DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND FOREVER QUITCLAIMS and by these presents does
for his heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto DANIEL E.

County, State of Wyoming, 83101, GRANTEE, the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State. to -wit:

CITY OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, FILED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -ways, reservations, restrictions and
future oil and gas and/or other mineral teases, now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
