Nield, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim to Mel J. Nield and Martha L. Nield, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is 10734 Nield Avenue, Afton, WY 83110, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln: Beginning at a point which is 330 feet East and 1,103.75 feet South of the N1 /4 Corner of Section 35, T32N, R119W, 6th P.M. and running thence East 495 feet more or less to an existing fence line, thence South along said fence line, 1,008.25 feet to a fence corner, thence West 495 feet continuing along said fence line to a corner, thence continuing along said fence line North 1,008.25 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Said plot containing approximately 11.46 acres. Beginning at a point which is 330 feet East and 123 rods South more or less from the N1 /4 Corner of Section 35, T32N, R119W 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming to a long established fence corner, and running thence Westerly along said fence 416.20 feet, thence South 539 feet to a buried irrigation main pipeline, thence East 416.20 feet along said pipeline to a fence line, thence Northerly along said fence line 539 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Containing approximately 5.15 acres. Together with a 20 foot wide access easement entering plot No. 1 above at the Northwest Corner. Said access easement has been entered as a condition in the preparation of the Deeds to the North from the Nield String Road. Being unfenced access easement for ingress and egress. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
