acknowledged, I, Shaylyn Smith, do hereby release and waive all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming in regard to the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Part of Section 24, T26N R120W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described as
follows:
Beginning at a point which is West 2488 feet, more or less, and South 2602 feet, more or
less, from the Northeast corner of said Section 24, said point also being on the East
right -of -way line of Highway 89, and running thence East along an existing fence 1661
feet, more or less;
thence South along an existing fence 188 feet, more or less;
thence West along an existing fence 455 feet, more or less;
thence South along an existing fence 89 feet, more or less;
thence West along an existing fence 511 feet, more or less;
thence North along an existing fence 233 feet, more or less;
thence West along an existing fence 695 feet, more or les;
thence North along the East right of way line of said highway, 44 feet, more or less to the
point of beginning

I realize that Colton Smith, his- applied to Est Bank for a loan which shall encumber said
property, and I hereby acknowledge that 1st Bank has relied upon this release and waiver
of homestead rights in making and perfecting said loan.
