of June, 2013, by and between LVE, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, c/o P.O. Box 820, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, hereafter referred to as "Seller and JASON MATIJCZYK and ANNETTE M. MATIJCZYK,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 1121, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereafter jointly referred to
as "Purchaser exists for the purchase of property located at 110 Wright Street, in Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise pertaining
thereunto.
Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements, and rights -of-
way of record, of sight, or in use.

That part of the NE /4 of Section 23, T34N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent!
to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
507 of Photostatic Records on page 682, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north right -of -way line of Wright Street, N07 51' -34 "E, 1203.86
feet, from the southwest corner of said NE/4;
thence N00 22' -49 "W, 2,21 feet, to a surv-kap;
thence continuing N00 22' -49 "W, 105.91 feet, along an existing fence line and the northerly
prolongation thereof, to a point;
thence S89 26' -47 "E, 20.22 feet, to a southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book
567 of Photostatic Records on page 528;
thence continuing S89 26' -47 "E, 101.82 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 567, to the
southeast point thereof, identical with the southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 546 of Photostatic Records on page 98;
thence S88 14' -04 "E, 17.30 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 546, to a point at an
existing fence comer;
thence S00 29' -10 "W, 108.50 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point on said north right -of-
way line;
thence N88 56' -29 "W, 10.33 feet, along said right -of -way line, to a point;
thence N89 08' -34 "W, 127.36 feet, along said right -of -way line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.34 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW'V4NE /4 of Section 23, T34N
R119W, being N00 03' -18 "E;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence lines,
control the location of the property lines;
SUBJECT to that Easement Agreement of record in said Office in Book 663 of Photostatic Records
on page 430;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate details;
each "surv-kap" marked by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with a 1 -1/2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"PE /LS 5274";
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
titled, THE TOWN OF THAYNE PLAT OF VOYLES TRACT AND EASEMENT WITHIN THE
SW1/4NE1 /4 SECTION LING COUNTY, WYOMING dated 5 June
2008, as revised.
