for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration

hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot Twenty -Three (23), Star Valley Ranch Plat Twenty -Two (22) as platted and
recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
