liability company, as Grantor does hereby convey to C &D RESIDENTIAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a
Wyoming limited partnership, the following real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:

Alpine, Wyoming, according to the official plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, convenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and record, if any.
And Grantor by its signature below warrants the title against all persons whomsoever subject to the
matters above set forth.
