person, Grantee, of Alpine, Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the S ate, to -wit:
LOTS 64 and 73 of the Leon Livingston Subdivision as shown by the official
plat of said subdivision filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and being situated in Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 118
West, 6th P.M.
Subject to all Easements of sight and record.
