KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 7,
1998, made and executed by Bailey E. Dotson and Marilou P. Dotson, husband and wife, as
mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $86,913.24 which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 11th day of August, 1998, in Book 415 PR of Mortgages, at Page 628, as
instrument number 852406, and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County,
to -wit:
LOTS 4 5 OF THE GREYS RIVER VILLAGE SECOND ADDITION TO THE TOWN
OF ALPINE, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED
JULY 22, 1994 IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK AS INSTRUMENT NO.
787017.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage
of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 46 day of

to me personally known, who, being by me sworn, did say that he is the President of The Bank of
Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that
