That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 6 day of July 20 04 made and executed by
Max F. and Deon N. Hull Family Trust dtd July 17, 2000 AS MORTGAGORS to
LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of 12,150.00 Dollars therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded on the 29 day of September 2004, in Book 568 PR
Page 587 Number 903227 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 11 day
of April 2013.
