Lot D of Tract 47 of Section 26, T24N R117W of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
And an access easement for ingress and egress along an existing
road located in Tract 47B and Tract 47C of the Resurvey of T24N
R117W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said easement
being 60.00 feet in width, 30.00 feet each side of the following
described centerline:
COMMENCING at Corner 3 of Tract 49 of the Resurvey of T24N
R117W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found
a U.S.G.L.O. Brass cap;
Thence N90 °00'E along the southerly boundary of said Tract 49,
1318.94 feet to Corner 2 of said Tract 49, where is found a
U.S.G.L.O. Brass cap;
Thence S15 °15'43 "W, 499.15 feet to a point on the westerly right
of -way of Wyoming State Highway 233. Said point on the
westerly right -of -way being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description;
Thence S83 °47'46 "W, 1215 feet to the POINT OF TERMINUS.
Said POINT OF TERMINUS being a point in Tract 47D of the
Resurvey of T24N R117W of the 6 P.M. from which Corner 2 of
said Tract 52 bears N1 °53'40 "W, 613.19 feet
