for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Timothy Corcilius and Lori Ann Corcilius, husband and wife as tenants
by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is Post Office Box 12295, Jackson,
Wyoming 83002, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue o
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 65 Leon Livingston Subdivision as shown by the official plat of said
subdivision filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming
and being situate in Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 118 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/ or record.
