SUBDIVISION, SAID CORNER BEING ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID
SUBDIVISION; THENCE SOUTH 168.30 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID
LOT 2 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, SAID CORNER BEING ON THE
NORTHERLY LINE OF GARNET STREET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG AN ARC
