THIS INDENTURE, made the 0_1 day of 20/ by and between the
WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, state instrumentality authorized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming, and having its principal place of
o business in the County of Natrona, the GRANTOR, and THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S.

a That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
x valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, and CONVEYS unto the said Grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece
of land situated in the County of LINCOLN, State of WYOMING, and described as follows, to -wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 7 OF BLOCK 10 OF LINCOLN HEIGHTS 4TH SUBDIVISION OF THE TOWN OF
KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7 AND RUNNING
THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 39.55 FEET TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID UNIT C; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY
BOUNDARY OF UNIT D OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 130 FEET THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE
WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 17.95 FEET; THENCE EAST ALONG
THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID UNIT C, A DISTANCE OF 130 FEET; THENCE NORTH
ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 17.95 FEET TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, HOWEVER, all oil, gas and other minerals lying in, under or upon
said lands.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any and all reservations, restrictions, easements, rights -of -way
and restrictive covenants, established, now of record, or otherwise affecting said lands.
Grantor warrants that it has the power, right and authority to convey the above described property and
that it has not done anything whereby the premises have been encumbered in any way whatsoever,
except as shown in this deed. Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns, to warrant and
defend the above described property unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof, by, through or under Grantor, but
not otherwise.
